Apart from academics, the school also gives importance to co-curricular activities such as sports and games, music and dance, yoga and embroidery. Thus, the student’s inner talents will be popped up. It is compulsory for every student from class 1 to 8 to take part in any one of these activities.
The school conducts youth festival every year that includes various literary and cultural competitions. The students are divided into 4 different houses and there is a house marshal, a teacher in charge for each house and a house captain. It aimed to develop cooperation, healthy competition and sportsmanship among the students. The best performers among the individual and group activities are rewarded, thereby increasing the students’ motivation levels.
The school also conducts Sports day every year. There will be competitions in various sports and games items that aim to bring spirits and to win prizes. Sports events and competitions are conducted under the guidance of the physical education teacher(s) and other teaching staff.
